an effort to continually create and deliver a remarkable
customer experience, Anthony & Sylvan puts quality

Our Customer
Service Survey Process grades all of the aspects
of our service from the perspective of our customers,
and we make a concerted effort to get feedback from
every client. The results of these surveys are tabulated
and distributed to local managers and individuals for
constant feedback and improvement.
For our engineering and manufacturing,
our quality control and quality engineering involve
developing systems to ensure both our pools and our
services are designed and produced to meet or exceed
customer requirements and expectations. These systems
are often developed in conjunction with our other business
and engineering disciplines using a cross-functional
approach.
This model of Quality
Assurance covers all activities, including design,
development, production, installation, servicing and
documentation. It follows the simple yet powerful concepts
of "fit for purpose"
and "do it right the first
time." It includes the regulation of the
quality of raw materials, products and components; services
related to production; and management, production, and
inspection processes.
In fact, Anthony & Sylvan has
recently embarked upon an initiative to implement the
Principles of Lean Production
into its day-to-day operations.
This initiative is focused on developing
and operating with the most correct processes and procedures,
making investments in our employees and supplier partners
and, most importantly, on striving to become an organization
that fosters continuous learning and improvements. The
company has a dedicated team of people in place, whose
primary responsibility is developing and implementing
processes, systems and measures that result in us delivering
a high quality product to our customers in a timeframe
consistent with their expectations.
Essential to this effort is the elimination
of waste, which can be described as any activity, or
process that does not add value to our customers.
The
result is a lean and efficient production process that
benefits the customer with even higher quality control
and the highest level of customer service.
