What about pool safety?

to list of FAQ's
You’ve
heard it a million times, ‘don’t run around
the pool’! But pool safety is much more than that.
Here are just a few easy, but important, ideas to keep in mind:
- Install a baby fence around the pool area to keep small children and animals from getting close to the pool when you aren't there to
supervise them.
- A pool cover that automatically closes is the safest.
Another option is a safey cover with tie downs to securely protect the pool during the
winter months.
- Never allow children to play in or around the pool without
adult supervision.
- Keep a life ring, raft or other
flotation device, as well as a cell or portable phone, handy just in case.
- Avoid diving into your pool, unless the pool was
specifically designed
for diving.
- Use plastic cups, bottles and plates, rather than
glass, in your pool area.
- Best of all, use common sense to make your pool
safer.
