A Great Design and Project Management Team
Our Design Consultant was with us every single step of the way. If we had a question and he didn't know the answer, he would find out and get back to us as soon as he could. That I really appreciated. He was also here at least once a week to check on progress. He had a way of making us feel like we were his only customer, even though I know we weren't. He knew that this was a huge deal for us. Just him acknowledging that, and not treating us as a typical customer was a big deal. The whole process was easy and fun. Our Project Manager was terrific!
