To begin with, we never make a major purchase after the initial sales meeting. The first meeting with our Design Consultant was an eye opener. He explained in detail, the entire process in layman’s terms so that we understood every phase of the installation. We purchased the pool during that meeting. At any point during the process that we had questions, our phone calls were returned within 24 hours. I am employed by a builder and I realize that a perfect installation is nearly impossible. What sets any contractor apart from the others is the willingness and responsiveness to resolve issues that will come up along the way. Anthony & Sylvan gets extremely high marks for that. Not only did you install a magnificent pool, you did it in the time frame promised and made the entire process much more bearable than we ever envisioned.

Anthony & Sylvan has a most valued asset in our designer. He was most knowledgeable and in a difficult backyard setting was able to give us an honest idea of whether or not a pool would fit. He had told our neighbors they couldn't so he definitely would not "force" a sale. When all of our family and friends wondered how a pool could even fit in our backyard, boy were they surprised at how well it turned out. Our Design Consultant was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and personable and very responsive anytime we needed to contact her.
