Great Scheduling and Crew Coordination
I was very impressed with the Scheduler. She made sure I knew when every crew would be at the site. She had the steel guys out and as they were driving away the plumbers were driving up. The whole process went very well. She even called me after hours to make sure I had no concerns about the gunite. Her calling on her own time made me feel like she cared really cared. The Project Manager was always available to answer my questions. He was prompt in returning all of my calls. He came out on a Saturday, after a big rain, to make sure everything was ready for the crew on Monday. Most people would not work on their day off.
