My Design Consultant was very good. I was skeptical of him because I am in the construction business and he made it sound too easy. I was extremely pleased to find out that he was right, and he did a very good job. Excellent Design Vision and Customer Service
While this may have been a routine project for Anthony & Sylvan, it was not for us. Prior to installation, we had to remove our existing in-ground vinyl pool. As a result there were many projects going on at the same time: clearing property of existing fences and trees, pool removal, selecting the design of the pool, the waterfall, the patio, etc. At first we were overwhelmed until we starting working with our Design Consultant and Project Manager. Our Design Consultant was instrumental in helping us design our pool and waterfall. We wanted our pool to look like a lagoon and it does. Under the Project Manager’s management, the project went very smoothly! We didn't have to worry about the details; he did and "shephardized" the project from beginning to end.
