Frequently Asked Questions

I don't seem to have heat in my spa? | Back to list of FAQ’s

First, remove the filters and operate your spa. If the spa heats, then poor circulation due to dirty filters is the cause. If it still does not heat, call your Anthony & Sylvan location and one of our qualified technicians will be happy to assist you.

Why doesn’t my spa seem to maintain the set temperature?

Typically, not maintaining a set temperature means there's a problem with the controls. Please don't hesitate to call us - our qualified technicians will be happy to diagnose your symptoms over the phone and help you determine if a service call is necessary.

Why is my water cloudy?

Your water chemistry could be out of balance. Bring a water sample into your local Anthony & Sylvan location and we'll help you correct the problem.

Why aren't the jets as forceful as they once were?

Try to remove the filters and operate your spa. If the jets seem forceful and circulation is improved, then it may simply be dirty filters causing poor circulation. If this seems to have no effect on the forcefulness of the jets, call Anthony & Sylvan and ask for a member of our team to help.
